Preparing for the U.S. Citizenship InterviewTop of Page
East Side Adult Education offers free Citizenship Classes and ESL/Citizenship Classes (for adults with limited English). These classes are for applicants who qualify to apply within the next year. Citizenship classes are open entry. Please call for registration instructions.
- Learn about U.S. history, the U.S. government, the N400, and about the questions asked in the USCIS citizenship interview.
- Are you ready for the real USCIS test? First, take practice citizenship tests and quizzes here.
- Get paper copies of the 100 USCIS questions and other information (if you have access to a printer).

FOR INTERMEDIATE SPEAKERS ONLY
Students must score at an intermediate level to qualify for enrollment in the ESL
Citizenship classes.
ESL/CITIZENSHIP CLASS WILL:
- give help in completing application forms
- study U.S. History and Government & practice interviews and interview questions
- use computers to study citizenship
- also include practice in reading, writing, and English conversation

- practicar en hablar, escribir, escuchar y leer en Inglés
